Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes.
• Analyse data to assess trends and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed process maps and documentation.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for successful implementation.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and maintain requirements traceability.
