In this role, you’ll partner with small to medium-sized businesses to modernise the way they work - enhancing collaboration, boosting productivity, and delivering practical, AI-driven solutions that create real business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver tailored Microsoft 365, Teams, and Copilot solutions for SMB clients
• Lead tenant readiness assessments, Teams governance initiatives, SharePoint migrations, and Teams Phone deployments
• Implement Microsoft 365 security best practices, including MFA, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, DLP, and Purview
• Drive Copilot readiness, run pilot programmes, and lead adoption and change management initiatives
• Develop reusable templates, runbooks, training resources, and technical documentation
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes aligned to business objectives

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years’ hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions
• Strong pre-sales capability, solution design expertise, and confident stakeholder engagement skills
• Practical experience with Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, Purview, Teams Phone, and Copilot
• Proven success in user adoption, change management, and enablement programmes
• Microsoft certifications and/or Applied Skills badges
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle for client site visits

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, COE Starter Kit, basic scripting / automation, and SQL
• Familiarity with SMB or owner-managed environments and project management tools
• Strong understanding of business processes and digital transformation initiatives
