Senior Workforce Planning & Operational Analyst

Your core mission is to optimize our internal staffing, productivity and labor capacity across all departments. This role is the operational engine behind our growth, focusing on building, maintaining, and refining the quantitative models that govern how, when and where we staff our business.
Core Responsibilities & Focus Areas
I. Workforce Modeling & Capacity Planning (Primary Focus)
- Own and refine TalentPop’s internal workforce and capacity models across all business functions to determine optimal staffing levels.
- Analyze labor capacity utilization, productivity metrics and department efficiency to proactively identify staffing needs, constraints and resource reallocation opportunities.
- Establish weekly, monthly and quarterly hiring targets in partnership with departmental leadership based on rigorous labor capacity analysis.
- Develop predictive models for attrition, bandwidth risk and internal resource shortages, especially in high‑volume hiring environments.
II. Operational Analytics & Efficiency
- Model “what‑if” analyses to quantify the impact of changes in staffing, performance or process improvements on department load and company‑wide labor requirements.
- Monitor key departmental KPIs (capacity utilization, output per FTE, efficiency trends) and provide data‑driven recommendations to leadership.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools focused on productivity, efficiency and resource allocation for leadership and operational managers.
III. Recruitment Funnel Analysis
- Maintain applicant forecasting models that project future supply based on historical conversion rates and expected demand.
- Track and analyze recruitment performance metrics, including interview‑to‑hire ratios, pass/fail trends and time‑to‑fill, to optimize the hiring workflow.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics or similar.
- 5+ years of experience focused on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and operations analytics in a high‑volume BPO, outsourcing or call‑center environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (complex modeling, scenario analyses).
- Proven ability to interpret complex operational data and deliver actionable staffing and efficiency recommendations.
Technical Requirements
- Stable DSL/Cable/Fiber internet (20 Mbps minimum + backup).
- Laptop or desktop with at least Core i5/Ryzen 5 and 8 GB RAM.
- Reliable power source and backup work location.
