Senior Store Manager – Capricorn Square (CPT)

Responsibilities
  • Oversee overall operation of the restaurant / take-away.
  • Ensure quality standards of food and PEDROS Standard Operating Procedures are maintained.
  • Oversee and manage stock control, purchasing and orders.
  • Deal with customer complaints and maintain customer service levels.
  • Maximise profitability and meet sales and GP% targets, including motivating staff to do so.
  • Manage staff, including discipline and work rosters.
  • Work within a team and drive the restaurant / take-away forward.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure daily opening and closing procedures are conducted at the store.
  • Execute marketing activities to introduce promotion and incentive programmes at the store.
  • Handle customer service complaints and ensure they are resolved within the required time frame.
  • Maintain training programmes for staff development and hold regular structured staff meetings.
  • Recruit, select, lead, train and monitor team performance to increase productivity and profitability.
  • Evaluate staff performance.
Requirements
  • Restaurant and fast-food service experience; minimum 3 years of related experience.
  • GAAP experience and knowledge—advantageous.
  • Strong management skills.
