Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Compliance role within a regulated fintech environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Exchange Control, FICA, and FAIS regulations.
• Experience with major banks, non-bank FIs, or regulatory bodies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement the local Compliance Framework.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Manage compliance testing and regulatory submissions.
