At M‑KOPA, you'll own our growth measurement framework – defining key events, conversion funnels, customer cohorts, and success metrics across mobile app, CRM systems, and telesales channels.

You’ll have direct impact on business decisions through data, working with cutting‑edge analytics tools and solving complex problems that matter. You’ll build systems from the ground up, transform how teams work by moving them from spreadsheets to modern data platforms, and see the tangible results of your work in improved customer experiences and business growth. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, growth, telesales, and data science, gaining broad exposure to different aspects of the business while developing expertise in growth analytics for emerging markets.
You’ll be joining the Product – Growth team, reporting to the Head of Product – Growth. This team is responsible for driving customer acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value across M‑KOPA's digital channels and telesales operations. The team works closely with analytics engineers, data scientists, product managers, and growth campaign managers to measure, analyse, and optimise the customer journey.
