Qualifications

• Senior level understanding of Microsoft services and hardware.
• Mid-level understanding of Mimecast and Anti-Virus solutions.
• Entry-level experience with Networking and Group Policy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical escalation point for unresolved incidents.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance.
• Write Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Manage tasks in a Service Desk ticketing application.
