Role Description

We're seeking a full-time remote Senior Designer to lead creative strategy and execution for one of our clients.

In this role, you'll drive design excellence across multiple projects and accounts, with core responsibilities including brand identity development, web design, marketing collateral creation, UI/UX design, and visual communications that convert.

Working in US, EST hours, you'll manage design projects from concept to completion while maintaining brand consistency and delivering measurable creative results that drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6-15+ years of comprehensive design experience across digital and traditional mediums
• Proven track record of leading design projects in a remote environment
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Superior written and verbal communication abilities with near‑native English fluency
• Demonstrated experience working with US and / or Canadian companies
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand work, web design, and marketing materials
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent field
• Strategic mindset with exceptional attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with business objectives
• Availability to work EST US time zone hours
• Strong cultural alignment with North American business practices

Pay Band

$3, - $3, USD / month

Compensation at the upper end of this range may be achieved through a combination of base salary and performance‑based bonus opportunities.
