Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, organisation and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare premium espresso-based coffees, teas and specialty beverages with consistency and precision.
• Manage grinder calibration, monitor extraction quality and maintain flavour standards.
• Provide onsite training, coaching and technique support to junior baristas.
