Job description

An exciting opportunity has opened at CloudSmiths for a data-driven Senior Campaign Manager to take the lead on all performance marketing initiatives for a dynamic, fast-growing online gaming client.

Your primary mission will be to drive substantial user acquisition and maximize ROI by developing, executing, and optimizing sophisticated paid media campaigns.

We are looking for a professional with demonstrated mastery of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and the Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM360), skilled in structuring high-impact campaigns, managing creative trafficking, and applying relentless performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Paid Social, and Programmatic (Google Marketing Platform) to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
  • Develop and implement campaign structures, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency and scalability.
  • Traffic and test creatives (static, video, playables) while ensuring compliance with platform and regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel analysis to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV) to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Provide detailed reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, data, product) to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in online gaming, casino, or high-consideration B2C verticals.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display), Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM360).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Experience in trafficking creatives in CM360
  • Strong knowledge on compliance with advertising policies for iGaming
  • Ability to manage large budgets ($100K+/month) and optimize for profitability at scale.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in affiliate marketing or influencer partnerships.
  • Knowledge of CRM and retention marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with iGaming compliance and regulations.
