Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably 10+ years in fixed-line telecommunications.
• Strong, hands-on OSS experience with ServiceNow.
• Solid understanding of fixed-line telecoms technologies (DSL, fibre, VoIP, SD-WAN, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable system specifications.
• Analyse and optimise business processes, ensuring alignment with ITIL.
• Collaborate with OSS and application teams to support integrations.
• Oversee testing, service transition, and post-implementation support.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and alignment.
• Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts.
• Support change management initiatives.
