We are looking for an SEA Consultant (all genders) based in Cape Town.

Responsibilities
Paid Search Account Set Up
  • Set-up and implementation of campaign elements and campaign settings for Google Ads campaigns, including Google Search, Google Display Network, YouTube Video Campaigns, as well as PMax, DemandGen, and Microsoft Ads campaigns
  • Bidding settings and bid strategies
  • Basic campaign tracking setup according to given standards (generating simple pixel plan, tracking quality check, following fixed steps)
  • Setting up campaign reports according to predefined templates (Google Looker Studio)
  • Performing quality audits according to pre-defined questionnaires
Campaign Monitoring and Optimization
  • Regular monitoring of KPI achievement and budget spend against defined target
  • Regular optimization of bids, strategies
  • Regular KPI-based targeting optimizations (keywords, audiences)
  • Regular hygiene-checks (exchanging faulty URLs, re-submitting disapproved elements)
Qualifications
  • Graduation degree (BA/MA) and at least 2 years of PPC experience, or equivalent professional experience in performance marketing in lieu of a degree
  • Strong analytical skills, KPI-driven approach
  • Well-developed MS office skills
  • A self-organized, accurate way of working, good time and project management
  • Fluent in English OR German
  • Basic/intermediate coding skills, esp. JavaScript or Google Ads Scripts – is appreciated and a clear advantage
Nice to have
  • First experiences with Search Engine Optimization
  • Basic coding skills, (Javascript, HTML)
  • Mastery of further European languages (French, Spanish, Italian etc.)
