Job summary

Digital SC Global Sustainability Analyst

About SayPro and Unilever Ice Cream: A leading global ice‑cream player with a portfolio of iconic brands such as Magnum, Ben & Jerry's, Calippo, Solero, Festini, Talenti and Yasso. The company is currently transitioning to an independent, single‑category focused entity with a projected EBIT of €8 billion by the end of next year.

Job Purpose

Drive innovation and lead our business to new heights by spearheading the Digital Supply Chain (DSC) team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a part of the Digital Supply Chain (DSC) team, a new team of 40+ FTE tasked with making the Ice Cream Company a Digital First company.
  • Collaborate with the Reporting team to build, maintain and improve all SC sustainability reports (Power BI, Excel) for the Ice Cream Company.
  • Extract purchasing data on ingredients (Cocoa, Dairy, Sugar, Vanilla, Sticks, etc.) and packaging (plastics, cardboard, etc.) and sustainability metrics related to logistics, manufacturing, warehousing and point‑of‑sales (e.g. ice‑cream cabinets).
  • Work closely with Procurement, Quality and Master Data teams to gather necessary data.
  • Collaborate heavily with the Sustainability team to align on required external reporting metrics.
  • Help identify, migrate and rebuild existing sustainability reporting data and reports as the company transitions to a standalone entity.
  • Evaluate existing sustainability KPIs and metrics used in SC business reporting and consolidate them into a single, unambiguous set of KPIs for all reports.
  • Adjust all reports accordingly and ensure accuracy of data with global SC teams, especially Procurement.
  • Establish the DSC Reporting team as the core foundation for all SC business reports and become the go‑to resource for reporting development.
  • Participate in digital project teams for the implementation of various SaaS and in‑house solutions; provide reporting expertise and deliver quick turnaround times.
  • Perform limited data engineering in partnership with IT D&A to build the best possible reports.
  • Act as the point‑of‑contact for the business for all sustainability reporting questions.

Experiences & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Data Science or a related field.

  • Proven experience with digital supply‑chain technologies and data management.
  • Success supporting large‑scale digital projects and cross‑functional teams.
  • Knowledge of supply‑chain best practices and emerging trends (AI, IoT).
