Requirements

Qualifications / Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/relevant experience

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in international procurement organisations.
• Knowledgeable about sourcing/procurement processes with a strong understanding of sourcing strategy, supplier evaluation and negotiation
• Proven experience using Coupa Sourcing Optimisation or other advanced sourcing optimisation platforms (e.g. Trade Extensions, Keelvar, Jaggaer ASO)
• Experienced in designing/managing large or complex global sourcing projects.
• Interested in digital procurement trends with an analytical mindset; advanced understanding of data analytics is essential.
• Strong grasp of math principles/formula creation; proficiency with Excel/other MS tools required.
• Demonstrates digital curiosity—comfortable learning new technologies independently (“Google it” mentality).
• Process-oriented approach combined with strong attention to detail.
• Problem solver who can bridge business needs with technical capabilities effectively.
• Highly analytical (Excel, maths, data)
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills across all organisational levels.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities; proactive work ethic
• Experience working across a variety of industries and sectors is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex sourcing events on client projects using CSO whilst applying game theory techniques to maximise value.
• Assist client procurement teams with planning, executing and analysing advanced tenders and e-Auctions.
• Ensure consistent delivery of our unique methodology.
• Leverage data analytics as a strategic asset to identify opportunities that create value.
• Design complex award scenarios in the technology to enable greater results for clients.
• Translate client requirements into sourcing strategies and events, leveraging the functionality of the technology.

Client Engagement

• Be an Event Engineer in client delivery – advising the client on what is possible in the technology, building relationships and positioning PwC as the partner of choice for digital sourcing.
• Facilitate workshops, run optimisation training sessions and advise on best practices across the sourcing lifecycle.
