Qualifications

  • Proven track record of at least 2-3 full-cycle SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Central integration and cross-module dependencies.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors: Employee Central Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing, configuring, and optimizing the SuccessFactors Employee Central module, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design effective onboarding solutions, and provide expert guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Proven track record of at least 2-3 full-cycle SuccessFactors implementations, including Employee Central
  • Strong understanding of Employee Central integration and cross-module dependencies.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and MDF (Metadata Framework).
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration tools (SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Empoyee Central certification (preferred but not mandatory).
