Job summary

A prominent supply chain firm in Cape Town is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to manage project responsibilities, maintain supplier relations, and ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidate should have a qualification in supply chain or project management, at least 3 years of experience, and excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English. Knowledge of SAP is a plus. This role supports critical project operations and vendor management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working experience in related field.
• Previous experience regarding irrigation products - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project BOMs and ETAs from suppliers.
• Run MRP for project lines to create purchase requisitions.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding deliveries and discrepancies.

Skills

Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel)

Excellent communication skills verbal and written (Afrikaans and English)

Excellent telephonic skills

SAP working knowledge

Education

Qualification in supply chain, project management or related field of study
