Job Description

• Design and implement integration solutions using Salesforce and MuleSoft to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain integration architecture documentation, including data flow diagrams, integration patterns, and best practices.
• Lead integration projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing support and guidance to development teams.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and MuleSoft features, releases, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to integration standards and guidelines.
• Mentor and train junior team members on integration best practices and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Integration Architect with expertise in MuleSoft.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
• Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API design, development, and management.
• Experience with integration patterns, RESTful APIs, SOAP, and data transformation.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Salesforce and MuleSoft certifications are a plus.
• A South African citizen is a must; PR holders will be accepted.

Additional Information

• This is a hybrid and flexible position.
• It is a contract role that can be extended or converted to permanent.
