Manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and report performance using company tools / methodology.
Proven sales experience in IT / technology / consulting services (enterprise exposure ideal).
Clear, confident communication and negotiation skills; ability to simplify technical value.
Self‑driven, target‑oriented mindset; resilient in a fast‑changing market.
Willingness to relocate and adapt to new cultural and business norms (Saudi Arabia).
Knowledge of the Saudi market is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (business, engineering, IT, or similar).
Consistently hitting or exceeding quota within 12 months.
A healthy, qualified pipeline and disciplined forecasting hygiene.
