Salary Range: $1,500 - $3,000 USD

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Project Manager to support a senior sales leader within a high-performing commercial real estate team.

This role is designed to own the sales follow-up and pipeline management process, allowing the sales lead to focus on closing deals. This is not a sales role —it is a process-driven, execution-focused position critical to revenue flow.

Key Objectives
  • Ensure consistent, accurate, and timely follow-up with high-value prospects
  • Create structure, accountability, and visibility across business development activities
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate deal statuses, contact info, and activity logs
  • Track key sales metrics and assist in generating weekly/monthly pipeline reports
  • Support pipeline analysis for management review
Key Responsibilities
  • Attend internal business development meetings and accurately track conversations, next steps, and commitments
  • Manage and update CRM systems (HubSpot and Monday.com) with complete and precise prospecting data
  • Generate daily call lists and follow-up priorities for the sales lead
  • Track outreach activity and follow-up cadence across 20–50 active prospects.
  • Develop and monitor simple success metrics (e.g., calls completed, follow-ups executed, meetings scheduled)
  • Act as the operational backbone of the sales process, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
