Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound efforts. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills who thrives on cold outreach objection handling and consistently building pipeline for clients.

What Youll Be Doing :

  • Make daily outbound calls and emails to cold leads and book qualified meetings.
  • Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to assess fit with client services.
  • Follow up with leads consistently to nurture them through the funnel.
  • Keep detailed CRM records of lead interactions and status.
  • Track and report key performance metrics : calls made meetings booked conversion rates.
  • Ensure all meeting bookings include detailed notes and context for clients.
  • Confirm appointments to minimize no-shows.

  • Participate in team syncs to share feedback and improve performance.

Requirements :
