About the Role
We are seeking experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team on a short-term project basis. The primary focus will be on building and executing a B2B outbound sales strategy, while also managing inbound leads as needed. This is an onsite role, ideal for SDRs comfortable with structured sales cycles and who can quickly adapt to a competitive B2B environment.
This project targets the financial industry, including credit solutions, online financial applications, and short-term loans. Candidates with relevant experience or a strong interest in this sector will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an outbound B2B prospecting strategy using calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach targeting financial institutions, credit-related businesses, and short-term loan providers.
- Manage inbound leads to ensure prompt qualification and handover to sales.
- Conduct high-volume prospecting to identify and qualify opportunities in the financial, credit, and short-term loan sectors.
- Confidently handle competitor-driven objections with professionalism.
- Track all activity and pipeline progress using HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outbound strategies.
- Consistently meet activity, pipeline, and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2+ years experience as an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales Representative.
- Proven success in B2B outbound sales (beyond just inbound).
- Experience working within structured sales cycles (24-hour sales cycles are advantageous).
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM is essential.
- Strong objection-handling capabilities.
- Experience in stable work environments preferred (e.g., VAT IT or similar industries).
- Experience or strong interest in financial industry sectors such as credit solutions, online financial applications, or short-term loans is preferred.
- Must be locally based and able to work onsite daily.
