A governmental department in NSW is seeking a Safety Systems and Reporting Manager to lead WHS strategies and teams to ensure compliance with safety legislation. This role involves collaboration with senior stakeholders, oversight of WHS systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will have tertiary qualifications in Work Health and Safety or related disciplines. The position supports a hybrid working model and offers a competitive salary based on experience.

The Safety Systems and Reporting Manager leads a team of WHS professionals and partners to effectively manage by providing a range of specialist services that support the development, implementation and maintenance of health and safety systems and governance while ensuring compliance with Work Health and Safety legislative requirements.
The Department of Climate Change Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) works to protect the state's environment and heritage. It leads the way on climate change, driving the sustainable transition to a net zero economy powered by affordable, reliable and clean energy.
DCCEEW conserves and protects the state's natural environment, managing the NSW National Park estate, its rich biodiversity and Aboriginal cultural heritage for future generations.
DCCEEW also ensures sustainable management of water resources across the state to support the environment, communities and industry.
