A growing retail group in Johannesburg seeks a proactive Retail Store Manager to oversee operations, guide staff, and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in footwear or apparel, and possess strong leadership qualities. Responsibilities include team management, stock control, and ensuring excellent presentation standards. The start date is immediate, and the salary cap is R25,000, negotiable for the right candidate.
