A leading health organization is seeking a Research Assistant to support the Yim’lo Project. The role involves preparing qualitative discussion guides, monitoring field research, and conducting data analysis. PSI’s flagship MSM program, the Yim’lo Project, is recruiting new talent to support the next phase of the project. In the previous phase, with funding from the Merck Foundation, we conducted extensive research and design with men and other stakeholders to understand MSM barriers to HIV services and co‑create solutions to those barriers at the individual level.
They are now embarking on a new phase that will focus on piloting and adaptive implementation of the two solutions designed; i.e., Coach and digital hook‑up service.
