• 5+ years as a senior software engineer or equivalent technical role.
• Extensive experience conducting technical interviews and reviewing code assignments.
• Demonstrated ability to identify high-quality candidates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate technical vetting.
• Review and grade candidate assessment submissions.
• Conduct technical interviews with candidates who pass the assessment.
• Provide summaries of the candidate that can be submitted to the Customer.
• Provide feedback on technical vetting rigour and process.
• Collaborate with the product team to improve tech vetting tools.
