Qualifications

  • 5+ years in people analytics, workforce analytics, HR analytics, or similar roles.
  • Experience in BPO, outsourcing, HR, or high-volume recruitment environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Track capacity, productivity, pass rates, and staffing trends across internal departments.
  • Build forecasting models for attrition, staffing needs, and hiring demand.
  • Review recruitment metrics and strengthen forecasting for applicant supply.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for Recruitment, Sales, CS, and Ops.
