At Scopic we do marketing not only for our own global software brand but also for clients through our digital marketing agency Scopic Studios. This means no two days are the same; you’ll work on diverse projects across industries with a team of 250 professionals in 60 countries.

What your day‑to‑day will look like:
- Develop, implement, and track digital marketing programs (SEO, email, social media, content, paid campaigns).
- Conduct market and competitor research, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Write, proofread, and edit SEO‑driven content independently (minimal briefs; you’ll research and structure content yourself).
- Brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaigns for Scopic and Scopic Studios clients.
- Optimize web content and campaigns for visibility, engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
- Translate research and performance data into actionable marketing strategies and recommendations.
- Manage multiple projects in parallel while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Qualifications and skills we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience across multiple channels (SEO, content, email, paid ads, social).
- Hands‑on experience in at least 23 areas of digital marketing (e.g., social media management, PPC/Google Ads, SEO, email campaigns).
- Proven problem‑solving skills and an analytical mindset able to identify challenges and propose data‑driven solutions.
- Experience working remotely and managing time effectively across multiple projects.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and SEO‑optimised content independently.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices (technical, on‑page, keyword research).
- Versatile and adaptable, quick to learn new tools, industries, and campaign types.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to contribute creative ideas.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with Google Ads, email automation, or advanced analytics tools.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, or CRM tools.
