Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in IT Support.
• Ability to support M and Azure.
• Basic knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, and Network architecture.

Responsibilities

• Perform Remote Standards and Alignment Reviews.
• Maintain assigned Clients Standards templates.
• Develop technical knowledge of assigned Clients' environments.

Skills

Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting

Experience with VMWare and Hyper V Virtualization

Proficient in supporting MS Office and Adobe

Strong communication skills

Problem-solving abilities
