Carpentaria is a not-for-profit organisation providing disability and therapy services for children, adolescents and adults in the Northern Territory. About the role

In this role you will provide locally based leadership, coordination, and management of Carpentaria's therapy services across Alice Springs, the Central Desert and Barkly regions, overseeing the delivery of high-quality, person-centred therapy supports tailored to urban and remote communities. This role works in collaboration with the Alice Springs Regional Manager Operations driving high standards of service delivery, quality and safeguarding, compliance, and cultural safety, whilst enabling sustainable business growth and strong stakeholder engagement.
