A leading services company in Gauteng seeks a Manager to translate divisional People Strategy into a regional plan and partner with operations leadership on workforce planning. The role entails leading talent reviews, overseeing employee relations, and championing engagement and wellbeing initiatives. Duties & Responsibilities
Translate divisional People Strategy into a regional plan aligned with business priorities.
Partner with operations leadership on workforce planning labour optimisation and organisational effectiveness.
Lead talent reviews succession planning and frontline leadership development.
Oversee employee relations CCMA representation and compliance with labour legislation.
Champion employee engagement wellbeing and Tsebos values-driven culture.
Support Employment Equity and Diversity initiatives.
