Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor servers, networks and databases supporting radiology systems
• Provide Level 2 / 3 support for PACS, RIS and imaging workstations
• Ensure data integrity through regular backups and disaster recovery processes
• Oversee cybersecurity measures and assist with network segmentation
• Support DICOM connectivity between modalities and imaging systems
• Liaise with clinicians and vendors for upgrades, troubleshooting and projects
• Document system configurations and manage user accounts and IT assets

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years experience in a 2nd or 3rd line IT infrastructure support role
• Experience with Windows and / or Linux servers and SQL databases
• Prior exposure to PACS / RIS or other medical imaging systems (preferred)
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP / IP routing, VLANs)
• Experience with virtualisation platforms (e.g. VMware or Hyper-V)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Healthcare or radiology IT experience is an advantage
