Performance Objectives for Year One

• Own the Testing for a Key Project: Within the first 3 months take full ownership of the test planning documentation and execution for a significant feature release. Your comprehensive test cases will ensure project objectives are met and result in a smooth successful launch.
• Enhance the Regression Testing Strategy: By the end of month 6 you will analyze the existing regression suite and identify key areas for improvement. You will lead the effort to integrate a more robust and efficient regression testing process into the software lifecycle increasing test coverage and confidence.
• Master Data Validation: Within 9 months become the go-to expert for validating data integrity. Using your SQL skills you will design and execute tests that ensure accuracy across complex client-server systems preventing data-related issues in production.
• Champion a Quality Improvement Initiative: Over the course of the first year identify and champion one significant improvement to the teams testing methodology or toolset. You will research present a business case and help drive its adoption to elevate the teams capabilities.
