Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out diagnostic evaluations, repairs, and maintenance on a range of passenger and light commercial vehicles.

You'll work closely with the Service Advisor and Workshop Controller to ensure that all work is completed on time and meets manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform fault finding, mechanical repairs, and preventative maintenance on vehicles.
• Conduct diagnostic testing and identify the root cause of issues efficiently.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately, following manufacturer specifications and dealership processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Complete job cards, time records, and relevant documentation thoroughly.
• Support colleagues and apprentices through teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements

• Qualified Motor Mechanic (Trade Test essential).
• Minimum of 3 years experience post-qualification, preferably within a dealership environment.
• Experience working with modern diagnostic systems and repair equipment.
• Valid driver's license.
