  • Assist the Production Manager in overseeing daily food manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met.
  • Monitor production schedules , adjust workflow as needed, and optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO, FSSC 22000) and other industry standards.
  • Lead, train, and develop production staff , fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Maintain and enforce health and safety protocols in the production environment.
  • Collaborate with quality control , logistics, and procurement teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
