Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement all repairs and maintenance activities for the Processing Facility within the constructs of Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.
• Oversee the day‑to‑day performance of the Maintenance team.
• Manage all repairs and maintenance on the plant (preventative and emergency).
• Staff Management.
• Procurement, stores, and stock control.
• Site compliance.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification (Electrical / Mechanical / Technical).
• A Trade Certificate would be preferred.
• Proven technical experience.
• Good written and oral communication skills with fluency in English.
• Computer literacy (intermediate) in MS Office and Google Suite software packages.
• Project management and leadership skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor conditions.
• Willing to work overtime (including standby and call‑out duties) and have 24/7 availability.
• Driver's license and own reliable transport.
• Contactable references.

Package & Remuneration

R 25,000 - R 35,000 per month + Overtime + Standby Allowance.

Salary is negotiable.
