Responsibilities

As the Procurement Services Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and optimising the organisation’s procurement function, with accountability for strategic sourcing, tendering, contract management, and supplier performance. You will also provide strategic oversight of facilities and fleet operations through effective contract and asset management. This role focuses on strengthening procurement governance, driving cost-effective and compliant sourcing practices, improving processes, and ensuring that facilities and fleet services operate efficiently and in alignment with organisational needs. You will support a high-performance culture by guiding and enabling functional leads to deliver reliable, value-driven support to the business.

Role Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will bring a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. This foundation is essential for navigating the complexities of procurement, understanding organisational needs, and providing thoughtful, strategic guidance across multiple functions. You will have 8–12 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain, including leadership experience where strategic thinking, partnership building, and effective governance were key. You will have strong experience in tendering, contract negotiation, supplier performance, and compliance, and will be comfortable guiding teams to deliver responsible sourcing and consistent service. Experience working alongside or overseeing support functions such as fleet or facilities will be an advantage, particularly if you have been involved in creating efficient workflows, implementing improved systems or reporting approaches, or managing budgets and service contracts across operational areas.
