• Oversee and ensure company has sufficient stock to fulfill its customers’ demands.
• Determine stock shortages and needs by consulting NetStock, SAP and Sales managers.
• Manage delivery schedules and process daily orders by following the weekly schedule from suppliers.
• Manage excess orders between branches.
• Find alternative suppliers when suppliers are unable to supply the required stock.
• Follow up on and expedite bulk orders with suppliers.
• Maintain NetStock, SAP and online system.
• Rotate stock accordingly by checking Dead Stock.
• Report and transfer excess to needed branches.

Skills & Knowledge

• Computer literate.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Education

• Matric (Non-Negotiable).
• Exposure to procurement training beneficial.

Experience

• 1-3 years procurement experience.
• Experience working with Automotive product or stock beneficial.
