A leading global logistics firm in South Africa seeks an Indirects Procurement Manager. This role involves leading complex indirect procurement activities across multiple regions, managing supply chains, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in procurement and strong negotiation skills while fostering stakeholder relationships. A hybrid work model offers flexibility.

To lead and manage indirect procurement activities across the AMETA region, with expanded strategic scope including Indirect CAPEX and OPEX categories. The role will drive cross‑regional sourcing programs, sustainability initiatives, and adoption of global procurement systems. (Previously managed by a global procurement systems team)
Indirect categories tend to be complex with varying stakeholder needs, significant external spend and key relationships up to and including executive level. The prime accountability for this role is to drive value through ensuring the commercial elements of spend in these categories are executed brilliantly with our vendors. This role will lead a team to deliver sourcing decisions with key stakeholders and will apply category management to support the maximisation of value, whilst minimising risk from all external spend and assuring quality of delivery and performance
Essential:
Desirable: Procurement tertiary qualification (CIPS / similar)
5 years’ experience in a procurement capacity,
