Qualifications

• Must have minimum 5 years’ experience as a Performance Analyst.
• Proficient skills in MS Office 365 are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance management process and integrate plans.
• Interact with individuals/groups to resolve errors.
• Develop and maintain client-facing letters owned by the department.
• Implement workflow and process improvement recommendations.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
