Overview

iStore is the home of everything Apple, and Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller. With a retail footprint of more than 30 physical and online stores across Africa that provide expert advice, Apple Authorised Repairs, Business, Education, training and technical support for anything and everything Apple.

Responsibilities

• Maximise sales opportunities in the iStore.
• You will ensure that all customers receive hands-on experience with the latest Apple technology & services.
• Proactively approach and engage with customers to understand their needs, present complete solutions and create memorable experiences.
• We provide you with knowledge and tools around all iStore products to support your success in the role.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate (minimum).
• Some sales experience, preferably in retail, or product knowledge would be an advantage.
• Passion for our products and some experience with them.

Additional Information

This role is ideal for someone that would need a little flexibility and not a full-time role at current. You will be in a flexible position where you will only be required to work 138 hours per month.
