We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Part‑Time Finance Specialist to oversee day‑to‑day financial operations, including client billing, team payroll support, and creator payouts. This position is essential to maintaining accurate financial workflows and ensuring smooth operational execution. You will work closely with leadership and operations to support financial planning, maintain documentation, and keep all financial activities timely and precise. This is an execution‑focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, digital‑first environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process recurring client billing and invoicing.
  • Track client payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and maintain accounts receivable records.
  • Support payment workflows for internal staff and contractors.
  • Process and track creator payouts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Maintain financial trackers, reports, dashboards, and cash flow summaries.
  • Reconcile invoices, payouts, and payment records across platforms and tools.
  • Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure all financial documentation and records are organized and properly maintained.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve billing and payout processes.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping.
  • Experience handling billing for an agency or service‑based business.
  • Familiarity with contractor payments and creator payout workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial tracking tools.
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have
  • Experience managing creator or influencer payouts.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, Gusto, or Wise.
