Paid Media Strategist

We're looking for an experienced Paid Media Strategist to lead ROI‑driven ad campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn, with Amazon experience as a plus.

In this role, you will own a client list, optimize targeting, analyze performance, and refine strategies.

We need a proactive, outgoing, and data‑driven individual.

In This Role, You'll Get To :
  • Maximize valuable insights into our customer relationship management system.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
  • Conduct thorough audience research to identify target demographics, interests, and behaviors for optimal campaign targeting.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and align with campaign goals.
  • Plan and manage paid media budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve performance metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click‑through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Implement A / B testing methodologies to refine ad copy, visuals, and landing pages, and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in paid media platforms' algorithms, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the SEO, content, and account management teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts and consistent messaging across channels.
  • Explore and implement new paid media opportunities, such as emerging platforms, ad formats, and targeting options.
  • Stay informed about competitor strategies and market dynamics, adjusting campaigns to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct monthly campaign evaluation and reporting.
You Could Be a Great Fit for This Role If You Have :
  • A Bachelor's degreeor equivalent experience in fields such as Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Information Systems, or related areas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and adapt to a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
  • Creative problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude towards overcoming challenges.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Relevant Skills and Experience :
  • Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing successful paid media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Proficiency in using paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Experience with A / B testing methodologies and a willingness to experiment and iterate to improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and convey campaign strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles, conversion optimization, and user experience best practices.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics or equivalent.
  • Creative thinking and problem‑solving skills to develop innovative strategies and overcome challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Organic Social Media is a plus!
  • Certification in Google Ads or relevant paid media platforms is a plus.
