Job Responsibilities: Outbound Sales Activities
  • Conduct cold calls, send emails, and utilize other communication channels to schedule appointments with wholesalers.
  • Tailor outreach strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition of the manufacturer’s products.
  • Use CRM tools to track interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
Appointment Scheduling
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between wholesalers and the manufacturer’s sales or business development teams.
  • Manage calendars across multiple time zones to ensure efficient scheduling.
  • Provide wholesalers with relevant product information and meeting agendas prior to appointments.
Relationship Building
  • Serve as the first point of contact, creating a positive impression of the manufacturer and its products.
  • Build rapport with prospective partners, fostering interest in long‑term collaborations.
Performance Tracking
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly appointment‑setting targets.
  • Generate reports to track outreach success and provide feedback on strategies.

Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment scheduling (B2B experience preferred).
