Outbound Sales Executive (Remote – UK HQ)

Full-time | Remote

Mutherboard is on the hunt for an energetic Outbound Sales Executive who's passionate about SaaS, thrives on outbound calling, and has a hunger for discovering and closing new business.

You’ll be working closely with our MD but will own your own pipeline – from prospecting to close.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Drive outbound sales by identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to refine pitch angles and uncover new outbound strategies
  • Work with marketing to feed in messaging ideas based on what’s resonating
  • Bring creative outbound ideas to the table
What You Bring:
  • 2+ years outbound sales experience in SaaS or tech (bonus for B2B SMB space)
  • Confidence on the phone – you genuinely enjoy outbound calls and building rapport
  • Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented – you manage your time, your pipeline, and your numbers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A curious mindset – you spot trends, experiment, and share ideas that help us grow
