The ideal candidate will have solid administrative abilities, basic computer proficiency, and a warm, professional manner when interacting with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the team
  • Liaise professionally with tenants, contractors, and service providers
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and follow‑ups for maintenance or operational tasks
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and documentation
  • Capture data and update spreadsheets or internal systems as required
  • Prepare and process basic correspondence, quotations, or reports
  • Support with procurement and stock control where applicable
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and assist with any ad‑hoc duties as needed
Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate
