• Managing Occupational Health Programmes including medical surveillance.
• Enhancing working relationships and performance management.
• Improving existing clinic processes and procedures.
• Client Relations Management for service delivery.
• Performing clinic administration duties including management reports.
• Ensuring document control and record keeping.
• Maintaining clinic systems and equipment.
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of clinic.
• Maintaining quality and standards.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
