About the Role

The Night Shift Case Worker role is a full‑time fixedterm 6‑month position. Contracted hours are Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct visits to services to provide support and guidance to staff on active night shifts
• Promote safe nurturing and culturally respectful environments for all individuals in our care
• Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents that occur during active night shifts
• Provide oversight, direction and reassurance to night‑shift teams
• Step in to cover staffing vacancies or emergencies when required
• Review the care environment to maintain a clean, safe home for young people
• Ensure rostered staff comply with WHS requirements

What You’ll Bring

• Strong documentation and compliance capability
• Current driver’s licence, reliable vehicle and probity clearances
