The role involves troubleshooting devices, managing stock and assets, and requires a valid driving license. Candidates should have familiarity with Point of Sale devices and troubleshooting skills. Qualifications

• Clean & valid manual UK Driving License is essential.
• Availability to work away from home if required.
• Awareness of Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Device and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Device imaging and configuring.
• Device swap outs and connectivity cabling.
• Device installs, moves, decommissions.
• Device stock control and asset management.

Skills

Previous experience in a similar role

Familiarity with Point of Sale devices

Proven troubleshooting skills

Good customer-focus & communication skills

Knowledge of Windows operating system
