Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in desktop engineering, endpoint management, or IT support roles.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and service delivery processes.
• Hands-on experience with device enrollment, compliance configuration, and application deployment in Intune.

Responsibilities

• Set up and test Intune enrollment methods.
• Define and maintain compliance policies.
• Monitor compliance and update success rates.
• Build and maintain dashboards for compliance and enrollment health.
