Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Microwave Project Acceptance Manager to join our team for a 3-month contract in Johannesburg. In this role, you will oversee the quality of microwave installations, guide the subcontractor team in resolving installation issues, and ensure all documentation is completed and submitted in compliance with the approval process.

Responsibilities

• Review the quality of microwave installation pictures and guide the subcontractor team in resolving installation issues and gaining approval.
• Prepare and compile documents based on the installation pictures and finalize the documentation for microwave builds.
• Submit completed documents to the MTN system and track the approval process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in microwave project delivery with familiarity in the installation and commissioning process.
• Experience with equipment from Huawei, Ericsson, Aviat, ZTE, or similar providers.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
